Cold Dishes Storage & Enjoyment Instructions

Storage:

• Gỏi Bò Phở Anh: Consume within 30 minutes after preparation. This dish is not suitable for storage as it may become bitter.
• D1 – Kem Dừa (Coconut Ice-cream): Not recommended for takeout as it may melt and lose its quality.
• Other Cold Dishes: Keep in the refrigerator at or below 4°C (40°F).

Enjoyment:

• No reheating is needed for cold dishes.
• Optional: Allow the dish to sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes if preferred less chilled.

Soup Reheating Instructions

Preparation:

• Broth is provided separately to maintain noodle quality.
• Remove condiments from the bowl.

Reheating:

• Using a Microwave: Pour broth into the provided microwave-safe bowl along with noodles and ingredients. Heat until it reaches approximately 90°C.
• Using a Pot: Pour broth into a pot with noodles and ingredients. Heat over medium heat until it reaches approximately 90°C, avoiding over-boiling.

Fried Dishes Reheating Instructions

Using an Oven:

• Preheat to 180°C (350°F).
• Place the dish on a baking sheet and heat for 5–10 minutes.

Using an Air Fryer:

• Preheat to 180°C (350°F).
• Heat for 3–5 minutes or until crispy and warm.
